License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT for SAMPLELORD software

1. Definitions

"EULA" means this End-User License Agreement.

"SOFTWARE" means the SAMPLELORD software product, including both the software and the associated documentation and other materials.

2. Preface.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Wlodzimierz Grabowski for the SOFTWARE accompanying this EULA. By installing, copying, or using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the SOFTWARE.

3. License.

The SOFTWARE is licensed to you for your own personal or business use only. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

4. Copyrights.

The SOFTWARE and its components are owned by Wlodzimierz Grabowski. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the SOFTWARE or documentation is subject to civil and criminal penalties.

5. Installation and individual using.

You may install the SOFTWARE only on computers being with your ownership. You may make a single copy of the SOFTWARE for archiving only.

6. Description of other rights and limitations.

Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Recompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, recompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not merge, modify or adapt the SOFTWARE, into another software or create derivative works based on the SOFTWARE.

7. Rental, lease, lend, sell, resell, sub license.

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, resell, sub license the SOFTWARE to any party. The SOFTWARE may be used only by you.

8. Protection of software.

You agree to take all reasonable steps to protect this SOFTWARE and any accompanying documentation from unauthorized copying or use.

9. Limited warranty

No warranty. I expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE and any related documentation is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or no infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE remains with you.

10. Term.

Without prejudice to any other rights, I may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and all of its component parts.

This EULA is governed under the laws of Poland.
